LET'S GET STARTED

Relief from chronic pain is possible. Our intensives are designed to help you go deeper and feel better, faster.

Recent breakthroughs in pain science have revealed a new way of understanding and treating chronic pain—one that recognizes the interconnected nature of mind and body. Rather than just managing symptoms, we aim to provide long-term relief by addressing pain at its root through direct work with the brain and nervous system. While we believe in lasting relief, we don’t believe in taking a never-ending path to get there. As the first practice to specialize exclusively in offering chronic pain therapy and coaching intensives, we provide a uniquely concentrated therapeutic experience that accelerates your path to recovery. In just 1-3 days we'll accomplish what might otherwise take months in traditional 50-minute weekly sessions, allowing for deeper transformation, quicker relief, and the freedom to reclaim your life beyond pain.

  • Your intensive begins! We’ll start with a comprehensive assessment of your needs and goals followed by 1–3 days of focused, in-depth therapeutic work. After your intensive, we’ll have a debrief session to assess progress and wrap up your intensive experience.

Types of Intensives We Offer

PAIN REPROCESSING THERAPY (PRT) INTENSIVES

Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) is an evidence-based treatment approach that aims to change the brain’s response to pain signals, with the goal of significantly reducing or eliminating chronic pain symptoms. Using a blend of pain education, somatic practices and cognitive techniques, PRT is designed to help the brain process and reinterpret pain signals correctly and break the cycle of chronic pain. PRT therapy and coaching intensives range from 1-3 days in length and welcome those who are brand new to well-seasoned in the approach. PRT Therapy Intensives are available to California and Colorado residents, while PRT Coaching Intensives are available to clients worldwide.

EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION & REPROCESSING (EMDR) INTENSIVES

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an evidence-based approach that treats trauma and emotional distress linked to pain experiences. Through guided eye movements and other bilateral stimulation techniques, EMDR directly engages the nervous system to address psychological factors connected to pain. Potential benefits of EMDR include reduced anxiety, fear and hypervigilance related to pain, as well as decreased pain symptom intensity. EMDR Therapy Intensives occur over 1–3 days and can be completed as a standalone treatment or as adjunct support alongside ongoing therapy. EMDR intensives are available to California and Colorado residents.
